Living in London

London is ranked 3rd in QS best student cities 2015. With world-class universities and facilities, professional and social opportunities, and an endless variety of culture and entertainment, London is a fantastic place to live and study.

Whatever your interests - theatre, cinema, galleries, music, museums, festivals – you’ll always find something new to explore.

Bloomsbury

Bloomsbury is home to one of our largest centres in one of London’s most vibrant areas. The atmosphere here is lively and sociable, reflecting the diverse student community both at the centre and of London itself. West End nightlife and shopping, Covent Garden and Soho are right on your doorstep.

And beyond...

London has excellent public transport links which makes exploring the city quick and easy. If you want a change of scene there are many other wonderful places to visit. Brighton, a young and trendy city by the sea, or the historical university city of Oxford are both less than an hour away by train.

International travel

If you want to fly home for the holidays or visit other countries, international airports Heathrow and Gatwick are easily accessible. Paris and Brussels are also just three hours away by Eurostar.

University social clubs and societies

Everyone works hard here, but once the work is done we offer a wide range of social clubs and activities where you can relax with your friends or meet new people. If this is your first time in London, joining in with social events is a great way to settle in, make friends and feel at home.
